Hello, I did read acouple of questions that several people were asking regarding this situation which it appears to be a glitch. Has anyone figured it out yet? How do I restart a chapter?

Its the glitch where I won't let me continue on to the next chapter after Ch 9. I have done all the upgrades and I've played it so much that I have like over 25,000 hearo points but the game won't go on. Any solutions?
