4x dragon fangs which you can get from the blue dragon which can be found near the shumi village or on the island closest to hell.
12x pulse ammo which can be refined from energy crystals which can get from elnoyle which can be found in esthar there is an esthar soldier you can talk to inside esthar on one of the skyways to the right of the esthar airstation after the lunar cry and every time you talk to him you will fight an elnoyle.
