Can someone help me beat the final boss I don't know how so please tell me how to kick his but I have everyone on lvl.70+ someone please help me.

Sure dude, Ok. Heres the thing, his grand cross attack is a real pain, so equip locomotion, antibody, jelly, and loudmouth for your mages. My prefferable party would be Zidane, Vivi, Eiko, and Stiener. With Zidane, get Eiko to beserk him, so his attacks are powered up a lot. Make sure he has the Ultima Weapon. (located in the exact same spot the shimmering island was before, go there with a dark blue or more evolved chocobo and use a dead pepper). With eiko, heal the party when need be and cast esuna when grand cross is used. When nobody is suffering a status ailment or low on hp, give Necron a few blasts of Holy. Ok another important thing, make sure vivi and eiko have pumic pieces as add ons, zindane has ninja gear, and stiener anything to make shadow damage weaker. Then use vivi to cast doomsday and stiener useing doomsday sword. Necron will be toast in less then 5 minutes, gaurenteed.

Grand Cross WILL kill you if you don't have the right team
I suggest:Zidane,Vivi,Eiko and Dagger/Garnet.
Zidane should use Trance and pyshical attacks.
Vivi:Black Magic
Freya:Attacking
Eiko:Healing and Support Magic
A good thing to do is to power up Zidane with Mighty and when Necron uses
Protect and Shell use Dispel.Remedys are your best friend!After Grand Cross his next attack is a *@%$~"£"!Jump is a valuble asset so USE IT!
