Question for Final Fantasy IX

In disc 4 at the black mage village at the synethis shop you can get the "Dual Claw" for Amarant how do you get the items required for it???

1st: 16000 gil
2nd: Tiger Fangs - can be bought at Daguerreo for 13500
3rd: Dragon's Claws - It can not be bought, only stolen or synthisized... I can't remember if it is in Mount Gulug, Daguerreo, Ipsen's Castle, or Terra/Bran Bal.

Or... You can just steal the Duel Claw's from Deathguise in Memoria.
