I need help on ozma. The team I use is steiner level 65 has ragnarok zidane level75 has ultima weapon vivi level 64 has mace of zeus and dagger level 70 has tiger racket.So can somone help me because I can't beat him.

First off, don't have anyone at a multiple of 5 or 4. Second, get them to higher levels. Swap Dagger for Eiko and make sure she has holy and curaga.
Also have these abilities:auto-regen, auto-reflect and a bunch of stat guards.
It's also a good idea to find all the friendly monsters. After you do all this, have zidane attack, Eiko heal and use holy, make steiner use shock and have vivi use flare on someone that has reflect. Reflectx2 comes in handy here to.

Keep the party you have but train them up to a much higher level.Help all the friendly creatures and use a few dark matter on him it helps. Get dagger to use Ark if you have it, if not use Bahamut and make her heal the others when needed. Keep zidane attacking and get Stiener to use Shock. Keep Vivi using Meteor and Flare. Have Auto-Regen, Auto-Haste, Auto-Life and Auto-Reflect equiped. Also equip abilities that will stop status abnormalities.

Swap Vivi for Freya, who should have the Dragon's Hair. You find this by looking for cracks (it is very hard). As for your levels, you'll need to get them all to at least Lv. 80. Try and find the Exalibur 2 for Steiner, which you can find if you reach the terrace within 12 hours. This is his best weapon. Then get him to use Shock. Steal with Zidane and then use a Dark Matter or two, as these will do 9999 each time (Way Hey!), then just use Theivery. Heal with Dagger, but use Ark if Ozma doesn't attack. Freya (meant to be above. Sorry), should use Dragon's Breath or Cherry Blossom. You should have all abilities equiped, antibody, bright eyes etc. And also auto-life, regen, float and if you have enough stones, reflect.

Sorry this is a bit late, but I beat Ozma at level 61s. I had Zidane, Dagger, Steiner and Freya. Firstly, find all of the friendly monsters. After you do this, you can attack Ozma with the normal attack. Anyway, use Freya's Dragon Breath (deals the same amount of damage the enemy has lost already, up to 9999), Steiner's Shock, Zidane's attack and Dagger's spells and heals. Just keep attacking him. I found it really easy and I couldnt believe what all the hype was about.
