I think it will i've beated it with this team:
Venom-myotismon EL34
Metal-seadramon EL34
MyotismonEL27

So I think you have chance just make sure you have enough mpd-drivers.
Note:this team will not be able to beat chaos lord.
I've had to use 4 mega's, 16mpd-drivers2 and 8hpd-drivers2
