Question for Digimon World 2

Is there another way to get kimeramon other than getting him on the tera domain. Does being a chief rank tamer lets you do anything more.

No. Sadly you can only catch him in Tera Domain.

No, you can only get Kimeramon by beating the game and going to Tera Domain, or an Action Replay, Gameshark, etc.

Hello friend, I don't think you can find the answer cause i've try many times in Tera but also fail to meet him even beat all the Digimon. I heard many player mentioned about Flame City. Do you realise that the city really exists or not? If any one know which where and how pls reply. Desperately.
