I kno this is a stupid question but could some21 tell me howe many times a day you should train your digimon I got far in the game so I wouldnt wanna mess it up now

You should train until 2-4 hours before you digimon goes to sleep. This way, he can rest and do whatever.

To start off with
Your firs Rookie = 1 round at the gym or (6 reps)
Your first champ = 1(1/2) to 2 rounds or (9-12 reps)
Your first ultim = 2 to 2(1/2) or (12-15 reps)

This is for decently strong digimon, don't forget to rest in punimon's chair in jiji's house and satisfy it's other needs. Your ultimate really doesn't need to train unless your compeating. Don't overtrain because that can be counter productive. Also keep in mind of your quest to get people to the city. As long as your consistent and don't make "care mistakes" then you should be alright.
Don't train when tired (sweat drops)
Don't train when sleepy
Don't train when hungry
Don't train when You it needs to crap
Or injured or sick ect.
If you need to know the training for specific digimon it's should be on the internet I find it all the time.
when training the next generation of your digimon or egg to ultimate it depends on the digimon that faded away before hand if strong you can't train slightly more, if weak about the same just train the babys and the in-trainings about 4-6 reps a day.

After you recruit vegimon for the meat far you can get super carrots and hawk radishes which help you in training.

If you need dicipline then try foce feeding you digimon stat chips such as smrecoverys mpchips off chips and such, after a while your digimon will refuse, then scold him and walk around and then do it again. But only scold when he refuses, otherwise it's a "care mistake". Keep an eye on the happiness for this can be important too. Note: Happy stat modifirers like blue apples and happymushrms will make disc. Go down.
