1. The best digimon to take to Freezeland would be whamon get and betamon or penguinmon and raise it's brains. Then go to cherrymon in Misty Woods. GO TO THE PATH ON THE RIGHT! Avoid all digimon (but I don't think there are any there). Keep going right until you enter Freezeland. This is where you fight Garurumon (He comes when the yellow dot on the clock is in the red zone I think) If he is or isn't there, still avoid everything. Take the path up until you find and Igloo. This is where Frigimon is but you must first ahve a digimon faint from the cold in Freezeland first in order to unlock it. Then you can recruit him.

2. Try to make 5+ Care Mistakes. These can be done by not feeding him for an hour, not resting for an hour, all sorts of things but it will take an hour but I wouldn't risk him pooping on the floor. Increse madly when young and train in an order when you get an Champion (MAKE SURE YOU BALANCE YOUR STATS OUT OTHERWISE IT YOU WILL GET THE SAME DIGIMON REPEATEDLY). Try this and you should be able to get new Digimon.
