Well I got 2 question How do I see my care mistakes !! :( and What do I need to do when my digimon show me the Water drop thing that he saying ;) please help me! (im playing digimon world 1)

The start menu shows where your digimon picture 2 numbers

and the drops mean needs rest rest at the old geezers house or centuromons clinic
