Truthfully, no one knows where Bella Goth is. I think that Bella Goth might be hiding somewhere in Strangetown but I really don't know!

But, there is a cheat to add her to your family if you want. If you live in Strangetown, at your home do the 'boolProp Testingcheatsenabled true' cheat. Then shift and click on your sim. Go to add neighbour to family and look for a name called 'Bella.' Click and Bella will become one of your family members.
