Who knows the cheat for more that 4 floors in sims 2

You can use the cheat: setHighestAllowedLevel
and then put whatever level you desire. For example if you want 8 levels you type this in the cheat box:
setHighestAllowedLevel 8

Press CTRL, SHIFT, C and type:
BoolProp forceboy 100 for males
BoolProp forcegirl 100 for females
This cheat works about 75% because the game is attempting to keep a balance between male and female sims in your neighborhood - if you have lots of male sims living in your 'hood, the game will give you lots of female babies, and vice versa.
