Okay..
1. Werewolf, this is a Pets one and you need a wolf to bite you (I believe!)
2. Vampire is Nightlife and you need to go where the vampires hang out and befriend a one before they will bite you. Be warned with this one you will only be able to live at night and sleep at day.
3. Witch?! I don't know.
4. Plant Person I think is seasons. But again I don't know. Something to do with planting something and then growing them. I also believe that you can actually change your plant sims to normal sims too.
5. Robot maybe Open for Business again I don't know I'm afraid.

Ghosts..yes you can see them. When a sim dies you get an urn. If you leave it in your house at night the ghost will come out and start to haunt. Be warned that if youre sims are trying to sleep and the ghost goes into their room it can wake them up. Unless it's a want to see a ghost I usually put the urn outside. It turns to a tombstone. They are usually less inclined to enter the house then. Aliens..you need a powerful telescope on your roof and you need to keep watching all night long. Its better if youre the only one up in the house and it takes a while! Do it with a male and he could come back pregnant! In strangetown there is a male that looks fat...hes actually pregnant. I played with him until he gave birth. What a cute alien baby!

You need to play with the different parts of the game more. I couldnt help too much as I don't have half the add ons you do. But if you click over the wants it usually gives you an idea on how to achieve that want.

For werewolves you have to befriend a wolf with glowing yellow eyes. If you befried other wolves or put lots of trees on your lot that will atract the "leader of the pack". Whenever this wolf comes to your house greet it and it will eventually bite you.
