Date of Question: Apr 4 2008 | Question ID: 114773 So I got twin todler girls and my nany came to look after the kids (the dad was at work, the mom was still at home) and she was being annoying so I put on the move_objects(on) cheat and deleted her. Then I noticed that one of the twins was out of it's crib sitting on the floor(no one took her out) so I decided to put her back in using the cheat, and now she is stuck picking her nose. She doesnt move at all, and my parents can't interact with her. Can someone tell me what happend and how to fix it, her birthday is in one day ;)

Thats the problem with those cheats they can seriously mess things up. The best thing you could have done with the nanny was sack her!
The nanny was probably in the process of doin something when you deleted her and now the baby is stuck frozen waiting for the command. you could try forcing the toddler to grow up or trying moving house..but let this be a lesson to you..always back upi your files first before using those cheats..

You probably put her on a cheat that alows the computer to run her and not you. This is easy to fix if it is the problem. Press and hold the shift button and click on the baby, or toddler. Then alot of bubble should come up. Look through them and there should be a bubble that says that you can play with them or not (I can't remember what it acutally says but it is close to that). Turn it on and you should be able to interact with her. If you can't find it, it may be in the tombstone of life and death, then in one of the bubbles in the tomb. Hope it works.

The same thing happened to me using moveObjects on. What I did was go to the neighborhood screen and moved the family to the family bin, then moved them back in.

OK, some adivce, don't delete people or move them with oveobjects unless you absolutely have to. It almost always goes wrong!
And now onto fixing it. Turn on BoolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true and shift click on your toddler. Find "Force Error" and when the error box comes up click reset NOT DELETE. This should make your toddler work again! It may return them to the front of the house (near the mailbox)but just get a sim to go get them.
