Tour, not sure how or if it's an option
For the eating part, just have your sims serve food, maybe have a dining room table and chairs. If he wants to eat he will.

Ok if you want to take him on a tour click on him and choose give tour.Then go around the house clicking on the floor of the room you want to show them. If you have a lot of fancy furniture it gives you more points.
As for eating have a adult sim in the family to cook a meal. Make sure they have at least cooking 3 to get high points on food click on the headmaster and choose the call to dinner option and he will eat. Make sure you have a table and after he eats he will give you your points. Good luck.

To take him on a tour, make a sim go to a room in the house, then click on the headmaster and choose " Show headmaster this room", and if he is impressed, and you show him a good time, he will put your kid in private school.

First you have to click on him and then click on entertain and you will get those options hope that helped

To get him to eat you could try calling him to the meal.
