Special Event Camera
I don't know about everyone else, but I can't enable my 'Special Event Camera' in the Camera Settings. It's just all grey and I can't interact with it at all. What's wrong with it?

I actually have that problem with some of the other stuff. You should try putting everything in game options on, enabled, and medium or higher. That might let you use it. I've actually never used it yet but I have it enabled. You might have to set higher graphics too.

Bring up the cheat box (ctrl + shift + c ) in the neighborhood.
Enter this code exactly: boolprop chooseCameraSpecialEventEnabled true
Go to your "..." options button, then your camera settings (looks like a camera) button.
Special Event Camera should no longer be grey and you can now turn on the camera.

This means your computer cannot handle the graphics and memory required for the cutscenes. I get them to play just fine. My suggestion is to upgrade your RAM and find a good graphics card. Many people on tech forums can help you do this.

Although this cheat code works by making the special event camera avaliable, the camera itself does not work. In my games the screen freezes for a bit and I can hear the Audio of the Special Event Camera but I can't see it, all I can see is a frozen screen, then after a while it goes back to normal.
