How to fix my baby...

So I made a baby from the Tombstone of Life and Death, and I finally figured out how to rename him from "Baby Boy" but now I have other problems. If anyone could answer at least one of my questions, that would be super!

Anyway:
1. How do I make my baby a family member? Since he was "born" from the Tombstone of L and D it doesn't show that he is a family member even though he is in the household. 2. My baby also doesn't have any wants, just fears. Is this because he was created from the Tombstone of L and D? Can I change this so he has wants? Is this just a malfunction of my sims?

I'm sorry to inform you that your baby is corrupt. Everytime I make a baby from the tombstone or any other age sim, they always become a member of the family. For babies I think I remember that the menu pops up asking for a name (I THINK). In any case I've never had a baby named baby boy/girl, so I must have been asked for the name. You can add the baby to the family using that tombstone but you shouldn't have to. I'd spawn an adult and have the adult move out with the corrupt baby, then try to make another one. When you get to the neighborhood you can delete the corrupt baby's family.

This happened to me when I made a couple have a baby from Tombstone of L&D. In the cheatbox, type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" (without quotes) then hold shift and click on the baby, then go through the options until you find Force Error. Click it, and on the box that pops up press Reset. Hope I helped =]

Heres the real deal.. When you do the BoolProp testingCheatsEnabled true, hold shift and hit the mailbox. There will be something that says "make sim family member" theres that one... And second, you can't see any baby's wants or fears because they don't have any, and won't have any until they grow into a toddler. Hope I helped

Good answers above. You can control a baby to some degree. First enter boolprop etc. And shift and click on the baby. Click make selectable. The baby will be removed from your people to the left. Never fear. Just do it again and they will reappear. Then you can click on the baby and see it's needs, wants, fears, etc. Your baby will not have wants and fears yet though. You can shift and click on the baby and click set aspiration. Then you can set it to something. It might make them want and fear things.
