I have three questions. How do I find the hidden sword in the guild? How do I get onto the second disk ? And Where are all the keys located?

The sword is hidden on the tomb where there is no hero. This is right outside Maze's tower which you need to go there first and read the book and watch your mother get taken by the demons again.
