Avo's Tear sword???

I've looked at some walkthroughs and they say it is in the empty grave in the Heroes' Guild. I've checked it and I can't seem to find it. Do I have to be pass a certain stage in the game or is it something else?

Comment:(Aug 1 2009) is it something about a quest? i found something else about a "Hidden Sword" quest...

Comment:(Aug 5 2009) haha, found it. Have to complete the "Hidden Sword" quest after defeating Jack of Blades the first time.
