Lol, you would be surprised how many people have asked this question. Allow me to help you. Before you can do the nasty with someone, you first need to have a house bought for you to live in. Go into a town or village, and find a women that has a heart above her head, signaling you that she likes you. If you give her more gifts, and be nice to her, she will eventually come to fall in love with you. When she does that, she will talk about getting married if you talk to her. You need to do things, the first thing you must do is buy a house in the town that the girl lives in. The second thing is that you will have to buy her a wedding ring. When you do these two things, talk to her to get married. Then all you have to do is wait till it is nighttime. When it is nighttime, and everyone is inside, be nice to your wife. Eventually she will want to go to bed, however, the two of you will hardly be sleeping. :)

You can either get married or go to the darkwood lakes kinda place just before the camp thing and there's a door go in it and you can pay to do it with some of the chicks
