If you don't have the metal detector, buy it at the shop. Then go out into the desert and use it. The bars are scattered around randomly.

You just have to go to the desert and find three bars any bars and give them to him.

You go to the store and buy a medal detector,then you go to the dessert and use it.You can also charge it in the basment,but you have to have rods.

Go in the shop that sells furniture near the hotel then buy the metal dector.
Recharge the metal detector in the basement (at the furnace) than go to the desert and get the metal detector out and find 3 metal bars hope this helps you!!!
