Usually when you have to rescue someone from aliens, you goto the desert where the space ship is. They'll be there. Make sure you either have the water gun or are in the rat suit.

It is easier to do the alien stuff with the rat suit.I find it difficult to do it with the water gun. Or if you really cannot do it,close the DS and open when the time to do the task has ended.It works for me.Hope I helped!!!

Ive squirteed all th aliens with water but when I try and get her to come and be rescued she doesnt come with me,
