Buying Hotel Rooms

Hi, I have Sims 2 on my Nintendo DS and I just can't figure out how to buy hotel rooms for my costumers to stay in. I have looked in the City Hall, and at the front desk, and I just can't seem to find the place to buy them anywhere. I have played this game before, but that was a year ago. I had to buy a new game, but I forgot how to do some stuff on it. So, can somebody please help me out? Thanks! I appreciate your help!

You have to go to City Hall, talk to the man behind the desk, and select "Build Rooms." You can also sell fuel rods to him.
