WHERE THE HELL IS OPTIMUM FRED !!!?????
I have been told to deafeat him but I can't find him anywhere I tried ringing him and it says his is in the hotel lobby but hes never there I need help !!!!

Try looking in the sun deck.
I think that's where he is bu I'm not 100 sure.

I have completed it 10 times and everytime I come to that part he is on the sun deck with all his other robots.. But once he was in the basement by himself and when I went up to him he went into the vault so most likely the sun deck
