Bovine shrine Help!!!!

Okey iv'e got to the part where one of the goals is: Excavate the Bovine Shrine for Ava. ANd I need help on what to do please. I have no idea where it is or how to excavate it. Any suggestions will be very helpfull. Thank you.

Iyaaa.. Ye need to go to the city hall and get the permit like when your building all the other rooms then tristen will build it.. And it's in the basement were the big rock used to be Smile

First go to the city hall.Then click on clerk tha man behind the desk.Ask to build rooms and click bovine shrine.Then in 8 hours your done!

Go to city hall get the permit then go back to the hotel into the basement down the stairs and make a left where the rock use to be it has this fire lamp or whatever is called looks like a cave!

This is all you have to do go to city hall go to the guy were you sell your fuel rods at it should say build rooms go down until you see bonvine shrine then click on it it takes 8 hours to build
