Satellite Radio!

I'm at the point in the game where I am trying to get all the mechanical points, but Tank Grunt asked me to replace his XAM satellite radio. I went to the store to buy it but it wasn't there and I have looked everywhere for it even in all the other guest rooms but it's nowhere to be found. Can somebody please tell me where to find it? Thank you!
