I have waited for like 2 months for the mirror to come out in the shop but it never did! How long do I have to wait for it to come out?

I've been playing the game for about a month now.
Im on the part where I have to become the Ratticator.
I can go into the shop and buy the mirror if I want...its toward the bottom of the list.
