How do you get the blueprints?

After unlocking the penthouse how do you get the blueprints for the alien guy?

ANSWERS

I had to ask my friend this myself lolz, but once you have mechanical 5, you have to got into the penthouse between 6 and 8, and the blueprints will be in the middle of the room, plain to see. Optimum alfred will not be there.

Ok i know It is hard trying to get the blueprints and that RO;BOt stays their.I know how to get them.u go in there at 6;30pm and that ro;BOt is still there and you get in your rat suit on and tippy toe to it and u got it...

I got mechanical 5 and got the blueprints, but evrytime I open up my poket my whole sreen goes blank and just turns off by it's self.....
Does anyone know why this happens...

So I get 5 mechanical skill points then you're pose to enter between 6 and 8 pm or Am??????

You go too the penthouse between 6 and 8 pm. Will not be there. Once you get it go back to emperor Xixxle and see whats up. Then go to rat cave get your suit on and got to the sundeck capture him and his goons three times. The credits will show. Then he will say he used to be a good robot blah blah blah. Then you own the city and keep doing missions and playing
