After unlocking the penthouse how do you get the blueprints for the alien guy?

I had to ask my friend this myself lolz, but once you have mechanical 5, you have to got into the penthouse between 6 and 8, and the blueprints will be in the middle of the room, plain to see. Optimum alfred will not be there.
