The "rat cave" that holds the ratticator is found in the basement. Run towards where the freezer is but stay on the riqht side. Theres like lockers or something like that near the freezer door. && once yu qet near it.. They should automatically open. If yu still can't then hit me up && ill send yu screen shots of it. =].

Go to the costume container in the rat cave and click on change.

YOU are the ratticator! Go to the rat cave, turn right through the green pipe, and walk up to the two chambers, one of which containing a rat suit. There will be an optio "wear rat suit", click on it and find the robots. Creep up to them, scare them, shoot a boomerang at them then catch them.
