Which time? to beat him the third time, select the slide kick. when his tentacles aren't glowing red, that is when he is vunerable. hit him about 2 times, then slide kick. this will make you go to the other side of him. hope this helps!

On the second time on the train whenthe side of his head has a blue dot on it do what ever he does ie jump stay still 1 second later 2 seconds if you press L to slow down time
