Does anyone know what time I can use "The Royal Unova"? It's says in the evening but what time is the evening then?

About 7:30PM. If you don't want to wait for the royal Unova, you can set your clock to that time.

What time evening starts depends on the in game season. In winter, it Begins at 4pm. In the summer it begins at 8:59pm.
