There are 30 Ranger Signs including the Legendary Pokemon's signs, Signs recieved from quests, and hidden signs given out in events or shows of Pokemon Sunday, sadly not airing in America.

what are you talking about? there are only 12 guardian signs, they are raikou,entei,suicune,latios, ho-oh, moltres,zapdos,articuno,graveler,jumpluff,bidoof and piplup

there is 40 i have they were hard to get to from the missions and to the end of the game

First of all,to every one,there are 30-40. Second,search for them.
Third,and this part being a question,does anyone know charzard's sign?I know he has a sign because he is a boss Pokemon with a field move.Mewtwo,Feraligator,and the rest of the boss Pokemon with a sign have field moves in the browser even before getting them.

Well if there are 40 then post a video in which you show all the 30-40 ranger signs. I have only 29 though.

30 signs in total......There is Lugia,Mewtwo,Feraligatr,meganium,typlosion,latios, garchomp,latias,entei........ETC

There is at least thirty I beat all fifty two quests all of the missions including the one with Lugia and used the internet to find the hidden ones by the way I don't think there is a charizard sign, I would know, Charizard is my all time favorite pokemon. The signs I know of are Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Latios / Latias(deppending on the characters gender), Ho oh, Moltres, Zapdos, Arcticuno, Lugia, Gravler, Jumpluff, Hitmontop, Bidoof, Typhlosion, Ferlagitar, Meganium (the sign is alot easier if you just go down, Up left diagonaly, right, down, and Up left diagonaly again), Metagross, Garchomp, Mewtwo, Piplup, Eevee, Ivysaur, Buizel, Buneary, Vulpix, Mankey, Aipom, Aron, Croagunk, and Celibi.
