How To Change Shaymin's Form
If you take Shaymin to the Striaton City Pokemon Center after you defeated the Elite Four, a person there will give you the Key Item Gracidea Flower. This item will allow Shaymin to change it's forms.
Shaymin cannot change forms during Nighttime.
