Enigma Stone event, 1 Step Day Care = Lv.100, Infinite EXP from a battle (takes it straight up to 100).

Enigma Stone Event - Hold L+R whilst entering a Pokemart and talk to the delivery man. Then head to Pewter City, and talk to the scientist + Steven Stone in the City Museum. Must have encountered Stone in Vermilion first, by completing the CopyCat sidequest. Latias/Latios will appear right outside the museum when you exit.

The next code brings a Pokemon straight up to Level 100 when placed in the Day-Care and left for one step. Talk to the lady again and your Pokemon will be Level 100. No buttons need pressing to activate it.
