Help I'm in the stone tower and I've got the light bows and opened the left and right doors but I can't open the front door that has bars these are the doors when you barely enter the enter stone tower

When the temple is upside-down, after you get the Light Arrow, head for the exit. Make your way past the Poes, and use the Deku Flower to reach the alcove with the floating statues. Get past them and exit the door. You'll be back in the 1st room.

Then, all you have to do is destroy the floating statue nearby, activate the switch, and use the Hookshot to get to the central door.
