Once you enter the temple, use the Deku form and the Deku Flowers to get across the room. In the room with the shrine in the middle, go down to the water level, and make your way to the east exit (east, or west, I can't remember). Keep on heading east/west till you get to a room with wooden platforms in the water.
In this room, watch out for the Skullwalltullas. Get rid of them, then use a Deku Stick to light all the torches in the area, then burn the cobweb off the exit on the upper level. Watch out for the moths that follow the fire, they cause damage. After the torch is lit, the lower exit will open. Inside the room should be a chest (probably with the dungeon map or compass). Take the upper exit, kill ALL the Black Boes, light up the room, then exit.
Viola, you're now on the 2F.
