At the beginning of the area are tunnels, on the left path that leads to the large water area - not the lighthouse one - there's a Tiny Switch. Simian Slam (A+Z) it with her to open an entrance to the Sunken Ship and enter it on the left side before the time runs out. The Banana Fairy's in a jail cell there, so take the picture of it between the bars!
