You have to use the Orangstand Sprint skippa lol!
I must admit, the friggin' rabbit is a LOT faster, but he IS beatable!
All I can do for ya is try to provide some advice for the race:
- know the track and which way you need to go
- cut as many corners as possible to save time
- practice, practice, practice - keep tryin'
GOOD LUCK MAN - YOU CAN DO IT =D

It's frustrating!!!
I managed to achieve the goal in first place, but it was only luck!!!
I was lucky to see how one of the blue like-dog foes stopped that stupid rabbit long enough to pass beside him and win the race.

I was trying for almost two weeks, and it was nothing but a lucky shoot.

At least...
Disappointing...

(Buy I finally ended the game with a 101% ;P lol)
