Sorry, I made a mistake, I meant the other lever in Frantic Factory, the one in the small room with a Tiny barrel as well as a chart in the corner that says "toy sales" or something like that. What does this lever do? Sorry again for the messups! Thanks!

If I am correct, you are talking about the lever on the top floor of the factory. When you have Donkey Kong pull the lever, I think it breaks the cage on the landing above so you can play the kong pad thing. Sorry I can't be of more help.
