I'm trying to recruit a knight to attack the castle. I know I should try to add the knight to my guild, but no matter what I do it's not giving me the option to add him. I have established a friendship with him and we are both on the good side, but the "add to guild" option stays blue...I don't know what else to do :-(

There will be atleast two knight in the game, one is the guard of the king, that one will never be added into you're guild. Try to find another one randomly =)

Yeah I know about the King's knight...I'm working on another knight and the option is there to add him to my guild, but it's blue so i can't use it.

I am on the good side, and the other knight is on the bad side, so I can't add him. Neither can I add the king's knight. So I am not sure how to complete the quest. Unless killing that knight will get me another one...

I killed my first knight thinking I might need to defeat her in battle since nothing else seemed to work and the next day or so a new knight showed up. I still haven't been able to add him...we're friends and have the same alignment, but the add to guild option is still blue. I'm sooooo frustrated smh

It could be that you have to many guild members get rid of one and then try and add them

I can't find one either! It's very frustrating.
I've looked EVERYWHERE still no sign of the knight 'in shining armor'

I was at my wits end with this and the solution is that when you find a knight and they don't agree with your ways, then you assasinate them and a new knight will appear. You have to look around for them though. Just kill the kights til you get one who will join. They don't have to be at your house either. Good Luck!

I removed a person from my guild. Then I searched the town for new people and found a guy named Arthur Bromir. I added him to my guild by becoming his sincere friend. It says give him a stamina potion which you can buy at the market. Hope I helped:D

There are two knights in the game. The kings guard can never be added so you have to switch alliences and go from good to bad or bad to good- because the only knight you can match with will be the opposite of you. If it stays blue (the add button) that means you already have 3 people in your guild and you need to find one of them and kick them out to open a slot. But now tell me what happens when you didn't know that and you accidentally killed that ONE knight you need O_O I was trying to be evil and lets just say...it took a turn for the worse...... *>.<

That means you already have 3 people in your guild. You have to remove somebody of your guild to add another person.

Richard grumpus is a knight. Try to find him. His alignment is good and he's wearing a black suit of armor.

If the "Add to Guild" option is blue it means either you don't have room in your guild or you aren't friendly enough with them. Just talk to them to become friends and youll be able to recruit them

I'd you have the option to recruit a Knight and the alignment is too different .. Try giving the knight a love potion. You can buy one from Alaric

It worked for me
