Why does promotions are you cost so much
Can I skip the horse task?
The task were you have to first buy a telescope from promotions are us which by the way costs 100,000 simoleons and says that it requires 9 Sims when I have 10

The Building Costs are based on how many OTHER buildings in that class you have already built. And there is no way around that.
