I'm in level 15 and can't make a cake or toddlers quest so how do I turn baby into a toddler.
I'm on level 15 and my baby has been a baby forever. I've tried to bake a cake but it doesn't allow me to and I can't complete the toddlers quest anymore. How do I get my baby to turn into a toddler?

One way is to advance the Quests until you have activated the aging system. Then they can Age up. Otherwise level until you can bake a cake?
