Can I get quests back, If I do not click "get started"
Im trying to save up for another Quest, but suddenly it says I need to complete another one and I have a time limit for a quest I never clicked get started. Can I get this back again without completing it during the time limit?

When the time limit runs out you can usually complete a Quest anyway. You just don't receive the special reward. As for restarting a timed quest, no, that is not an option.
