How do I use the toilet in a neighbours house
Everytime I go to the neighbours house it gets sent home and says I need to fulfil his needs but his needs are all on green when I send him but as soon as I get to the house there all on red again

There are two ways that this will happen - one you can fix one you cannot.
1. Your neighbor used the time cheat and the clock for their saved game is really far in the future and thus when you visit your game experiences it as if you have been there for X months instead of a few seconds.
2. YOU used the time cheat, and when you arrive the game interprets it as if you have been there for X weeks / months and you go instant red and fail.
In the case of (1) you can just find another neighbor to use. In the case of (2) it is your fault so you can only blame yourself.
