Baby problem

Hi. I wanted to feed, cuddle cuddle, entertain and change the baby's diaper. But when I click on the mum and dad, they won't do it. Why is that? Is there something wrong?

Perhaps the mother is suffering from postpartum depression?

Seriously tho, without more details we really cannot begin to guess at what the problem could be.
