Is there any houses that have a larger plot?

I have ideas for a house design but I also want a decking and swimming pool section, this can't be done because the plot my house is on isn't big enough... So is there a house I can build maybe the villa ones that have bigger land I can build on, thankyou?!

The lots that are closer to the beach are larger than the ones that are deeper in town. And of course the lots on the island are larger still.
