Sim eating plant ?

I want to remove that thing out of my garden because I'm afraid it will eat my sim and I really don't know how to get plant remover or anything else PLEASE HELP !!!

You can sell it! All you gotta do is press the chair with the little lamp next to it on the bottom right corner. Then press the button that says move and sell. Click on whatever you want to get rid of and press the red button and next to it, it will show how much money it's worth. Press and LET IT BE GONE!!!!!

That doesn't work for me though. I would try negotiating with it. From my experience it won't actually hurt your sim.
