Can't stay in neighbor's town
My sims always became low energy and hygiene when they arrive neighbor's town, and they can't not stay there. They need to come and and fill everything over again even their energy were full before they went to the neighbor's town. Any suggestion? Please help me!

There are two ways that this will happen - one you can fix one you cannot.
1. Your neighbor used the time cheat and the clock for their saved game is really far in the future and thus when you visit your game experiences it as if you have been there for X months instead of a few seconds.
2. YOU used the time cheat, and when you arrive the game interprets it as if you have been there for X weeks / months and you go instant red and fail.
In the case of (1) you can just find another neighbor to use. In the case of (2) it is your fault so you can only blame yourself.
