Its all in Russian when I try to play?!?
I've gone through languages in settings, all that's there is English and in the sims free play settings it has nothing about language, what do I do?!

The language is changed in the game in the settings menu. DO the following:
Tap the ... Button
Tape the Button with three dot-lines
The THIRD slicer DOWN is the Language Slider. RUSSIAN is to the LEFT of ENGLISH. Hit the RIGHT ARROW to put the language on English. Then hit the Swirly Arrow and NOT the red Bar at the bottom (the red bar will reset your game).
